Terms of Service
1. Scope of Work
Weaving Fates provides branding, business development, marketing, and design services as discussed and agreed upon with the client. Scope of work may be established through written proposals, invoices, verbal agreements, or message-based communication.
Work begins upon receipt of initial payment and reflects the mutually understood direction, services, and deliverables discussed prior to project initiation.
2. Payment & Pricing Structure
All pricing reflects the full scope of services agreed upon, including any applied discounts, bundled pricing, or promotional rates.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
By entering into an agreement and submitting payment, the client acknowledges that time, labor, strategy, and creative development begin immediately upon project initiation.
4. Early Termination by Client
If the client chooses to cancel or terminate the project after work has begun:
All payments made are retained by Weaving Fates
The client remains financially responsible for the complete value of the work agreed upon
Any discounts, bundled pricing, or promotional rates may be re-evaluated based on work completed
If the value of completed work meets or exceeds the amount paid, no refund will be issued.
If the value of completed work exceeds the amount paid, the remaining balance may still be due.
5. Discounted & Bundled Services
In cases where services are purchased at a discounted rate (including but not limited to coupons, bundled packages, or reduced pricing):
Discounts are contingent upon completion of the full scope of work
If the client terminates early, Weaving Fates reserves the right to recalculate services at standard rates
Clients are not entitled to retain the benefit of discounted pricing for incomplete services.
6. Delivered Work & Value Recognition
Work is considered delivered as it is:
Presented in meetings
Shared via documents, drafts, or strategy sessions
Developed through research, planning, and creative direction
Both tangible and intangible work (strategy, consulting, ideation, frameworks) constitute delivered value.
7. Availability & Good Faith Execution
Weaving Fates agrees to:
Remain available to complete the agreed-upon scope of work
Perform services in good faith and within a reasonable timeline
If the client discontinues communication, pauses, or cancels the project, this does not constitute a failure of delivery on the part of Weaving Fates.
8. No Refunds for Unused or Remaining Work
If a client chooses not to continue:
Any remaining or unused portion of services is forfeited
No refunds will be issued for work not yet scheduled, used, or requested
9. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment, the client agrees to all terms outlined above.
10. Value Fulfillment Clarification
For clarity, when services are purchased at a discounted or bundled rate, and a significant portion of the total value has already been delivered prior to cancellation, no refund is owed where the value of completed work meets or exceeds the amount paid.
